Loongbuy costs, with Asia-Pacific routes in mind
Distance is not the only thing that sets freight — the corridor matters too. Loongbuy is strongest on Asia-Pacific lanes, and this page is written with that in view: what the marketplace charges, what the short domestic leg costs, what a Pacific crossing adds, Loongbuy's service fee, and the duty treatment at the far end. Each is explained where it is actually incurred, and a calculator lets you substitute your own figures.
← Back to overviewThe corridor, costed
Marketplace price, domestic leg, corridor freight, service fee, duty. Four are predictable in shape; only the last is unpredictable in amount, which is why no rate table appears here.
- Marketplace pricecharged in CNY when the order is placed
- Domestic legseller to warehouse — short, flat, rarely significant
- Corridor freightpriced on chargeable weight; the lane you choose changes it more than anything else
- Dutyyour country's threshold decides, and thresholds differ sharply across the region
Loongbuy's fee schedule, storage terms and lane coverage are revised periodically. Its published pages govern.
Pattern-matched inspection, and what it catches
Loongbuy checks incoming goods against the pattern recorded for that listing, then photographs the result before dispatch. Read the images for colour against the listing, visible faults, the size tag, seam work and variant — in that order, because the first two are where mismatches usually show.
- · Colour, measured against the listing rather than a render
- · Visible faults — scuffs, pulls, marks, faulty hardware
- · The printed size tag, which you can compare with your own measurements
- · Seam and stitch alignment
- · That the variant shipped matches the one priced
- · Quantity, when an order contains more than one unit
- · Hand feel, drape and how the fabric behaves in humidity
- · Odour, which sealed packaging tends to hold
- · Whether fastenings and elastic survive sustained use
- · How the shade reads outdoors rather than indoors
- · Fit — a tag records a convention, not your body
What inspection images close on the left; what only delivery closes on the right.
- Match the tag to a tape measure.Regional sizing conventions differ, and the tag alone will not settle it.
- Raise problems before the parcel leaves.A return raised inside the warehouse is free; one raised after costs freight both ways.
- Ask for another angle when a shot is unclear.Reasonable, and costs nothing.
- Keep the images you approved. They are the reference if the parcel turns up different.
Lane selection after inspection
You choose a lane once goods have passed inspection, and on Asia-Pacific corridors the choice matters more than on most: Loongbuy's lines differ on price, transit time and accepted cargo, and cost follows weight and volume rather than item count.
Two lanes to countries a few hundred kilometres apart can differ noticeably. Compare before submitting.
Actual or volumetric, whichever is greater — compression pays.
Holding goods until a lane promotion appears is a legitimate strategy.
Batteries, liquids and aerosols each have per-lane answers.
Border processing sits outside the quoted range.
One box, several weeks of orders.

Fees, line by line
Cost a lane with your own figures
Enter marketplace price, domestic leg, packed weight, the international rate for your lane, Loongbuy's service fee and the exchange rate. Each row recalculates live and the arithmetic is shown.
Planning guidance. Chargeable weight, lane, destination and customs classification all move the real figure, and Loongbuy's estimator may quote differently at checkout.
Returns, refunds and Loongbuy's prohibited list
Loongbuy publishes after-sales terms and a prohibited list. Check the clause relevant to your category before paying — goods that cannot fly on your lane are stranded at the warehouse.
